MASS LARGE® is the trap for mass-trapping Redwood, Yellowood and Pine processionary Moths. The trap is available in two versions with vertical fins, recommended to mass-trap the Red Bunting (Cossus cossus) and Pine processionary moth (Traumatocampa pityocampa); without fins to mass-trapp the Leopard Moth (Zeuzera Pyrina).

MASS LARGE ® in the version with vertical fins, is also suitable to capture various species of Noctuid Lepidoptera infesting horticultural crops.

Usage tips

Place the traps by the 1st half of May for Zauzera Pyrina or Cossus cossus, in numbers of 8/10 per hectare. For Pine Processionary moths (Traumatocampa pityocampa) installa MASS LARGE ® traps in the first half of June and hang them in medium-high position, on the southwest side of the plant. In parks and gardens, 6/8 traps are recommended per hectare, placed at 40/50 metres from each other.
