It is used on different insect species, depending on the attraction system with which is triggered, in this case, must be activated with food or ammoniacal attractant for Rhagoletis completa.
Usage tips
Traps should be set in June, within the flicker period of each species, with 2/3 per hectare. For plots larger than 1 hectare, calculate 3 traps for the first one, then 1 trap for each additional hectare. Chek traps weekley or in shorter shifts if necessary. WING for Walnut flies should be primed with ammonia vials for the females. The vials of ammonia attractant should be opened and the cap inserted into one of the two openings on the triangular roof. Do not remove the discs in the vial, the vial will remain hanging under the roof.
Ammonia attractant: lasts 4 weeks but may decrease with rain or high humidity (product can be seen running out).
For mass-trapping install no less than 15/20 traps per hectare.
