POPILLIA TRAP is a trap specifically modified for mass trapping of the Japanese beetle (Popillia japonica).
The combination of pheromone-based sexual attractant and floral odour attractant enables capture of male and female specimens. The trap is designed to be selective and prevent the capture of beneficial insects.

The large, net-free collecting bag allows numerous individuals to be caught and can be reused several times.

Usage tips

The recommendation is to place the trap at least 1 metre high, at a distance of at least 10 m from the crops.
For mass trapping, place 15 to 20 traps per hectare.
For monitoring purposes, 1 to 3 traps per hectare are recommended.
Empty or replace the bag when it is two-thirds full, cleaning the funnel to stop the trap from clogging up.
Replace dispensers every 8-10 weeks. The collection net can be washed and reused
